Need Help --- slow motion plugin for OBS

Is there a plugin or a Projekt doing sth. like slowmotion, where you just press a button and get a slow mition of the last 10 sec.?
Or are thre any ideas how to programm sth. like this?

I dont wanna advertise a different program but I think vMix can do it. If you wanna google that. And you can feed it back into OBS.

I don't really know if a plugin can even pull this off, if so, that is probably something that could be looked at after the refactor.`
