Maybe someone can help me out here.
I currently have an
i3 3.4ghz,
8GB memory, and
Sapphire Radeon R7 250 2GB DDR3 PCI-E video card.
Also, I have 60MB download and rougly 5.5mb upload.
I have been trying to get the best stream quality without seeing performance decrease in game. Right now I have my Bitrate set to 2600 and Resolution downscale at 1.5 with Bilinear filter. 30fps. Pretty much all the settings are the same as yours except the ones i said. Now, this is my issue, when i am playing CS:GO I have a constant 140+ fps while streaming, and a ping of still like 60-70, but I can tell that im having like tearing or lag issues while streaming. Keep in mind my FPS is staying a constant 140+ at all times. Usually its in the high 170s. So, I haven't been able to figure out what is causing this problem. You can really notice it by watching the other team while trying to kill them. It kinda seems like they are skipping, but arent really. hard to explain. Im wondering if its maybe i need to increase my bitrate or not. Letme know if you got time to help me out. thanks.
Pretty much if I turn off my stream, i can notice a difference. Now while streaming I am monitoring my FPS and it stays constant and my ping doesn't spike. I checked my CPU usage and it still got plenty left. Not sure whats happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.
