I recently just purchased and installed into my PC an Avermedia c985 Live Gamer HD Capture Card with hopes of streaming from my Xbox One. The problem is I am having audio issues regardless of whether I try to record using OBS, Xsplit, or Recentral. Specifically, I cannot get the game sound from my Xbox One on to my recordings (I am doing local recordings for now but I assume this would also happen when streaming). Furthermore, while trying a host of different settings, certain settings (HDMI audio) produce an annoying buzzing sound in my recording and at times while recording.
I should mention I am using an Astro TR Mixamp (Xbox One version). Also, I can hear the game sound perfectly through my Astro A40 headset, I just can’t hear it on my recordings.

Astro Optical cable from TR Mixamp to Xbox One
Astro Micro USB to PC USB port
3.5 mm audio cable from Astro TR Mixamp Stream port to Avermedia c985 audio In
3.5 mm audio cable from Astro TR Mixamp Aux port to PC Mic port
If anyone could give me some advice on how to potentially fix this problem it would be very much appreciated.
