Question / Help Need Help Setting up OSB for twitch... LOTS OF HELP... Nub<<

Ok.. just started using twitch like 20 mint ago... well downloaded the OSB program and im having "High Encoding pop up. Glitchy.. just lots of issues.. Im not really familier with using programs involved in streaming.. This is first time. So all the settings, I have no idea what to set to.. so please could someone help me
