Hi everyone,
First of all I'd like to thank the team on this amazing software, secondly, I have been messing around lately with OBS trying to figure out what could work the best for me while streaming World of Warcraft.
My PC spec:
MOBO: gigabyte G1.assassin
CPU: Intel core i7 960 @3.2Ghz
RAM:12GB Corsair vengeance
GPU: Sapphire radeon HD6990
SSD: 120GB Kingston
HDD: x2 1TB WD
Bandwith: 30mbps DL, 3mbps UP.

Stream Settings:
Quality : 6
Max Bitrate: 2500 Buffer Size :2500
Audio : Acc / Bitrate 128
Broadcast Settings: EU:London, UK(Secondary) looks like to be the best server to me, since am from Dubai.
Video: Resolution Downscale: 1.50(1280x720) FPS:45.

Advanced:
Check on Use Multithreaded Opti. : Above Normal.
X264 CPU Preset: veryfast.

Question here is, So far this seems to be the best working for me, Could i push it to a clear 1080p ? I've been trying to stream in 1080p but am getting like ALOT of pixelation while moving and notice some fps drops in game as well.

I'm pretty sure you can definitely stream 720p, no downscale resolution with that bandwith. Also, definitely set your quality to 10 with 30 FPS.

I only have a 2mb upload, keep my Max Bitrate and buffer at 1700 and quality 10 and it looks just fine to my viewers.

Ok I have tried doing 720p @60fps, but my stream gets alot of pixelation. I was going with :
Buffer/Bitrate:
1800-1800
1900-1900
2100-2100
2200-2200
And all of them are giving a huge pixelation. how can I get rid of it? :(

You can drop the frame rate to 30 because the bitrate just isn't enough for the quality you wish to achieve.

2200/2200 at 720p/45fps should be good, just make sure the quality value isn't too high otherwise you may get pixellation during movement. If you still have problems I'd have to see a vod and log file.
