Question / Help NEED HELP SETTING UP OBS STUDIO

I'm new to streaming and OBS. I'm using OBS studio and just would like to know what you think the best settings for streaming will be for me. My computer is average so I just would like to know what settings to use to stream so I don't get the Encoding Overload error message.

My PC
Intel Pentium CPU G2030 @ 3.00Hz 3.00GHz
4GB RAM
Windows 8
64 bit Operating System

Please help!
