Need Help regarding OBS Stuttering during Rec

Hi folks I'm looking for some assistance with my OBS setup.

I'm currently recording and streaming.

Streaming Via twitch but I notice when the videos are saved on twitch they have stuttering.
The same as I record via OBS they stutter when saved to my Hard Drive.

I'm experiencing some lag or stuttering during recording.

I am currently running the following.

Gtx 1080 TI

32GB of Ram

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

My main monitor :

ALIENWARE 38 CURVED GAMING MONITOR - AW3821DW

Any advice on my settings would be greatly appreciated :)

Enable Vsync and/or set a Frame Rate Limit.
Your GPU is pushing 100% load

Couple of other points of interest
You only need 1 Game Capture, multiple sources of GC can cause issues.

OBS's sample rate is currently set to 44khz
You're using 48khz with your Artic Pros, change one of the other to match (suggest OBS)

14:53:45.318: lookahead: true
14:53:45.318: psycho_aq: true
You're using NVENC with Lookahead and Psychovisual Tuning enabled. These are well-known to sometimes cause rendering and encoding lag even on setups that should have no problem. Disable them both.

(The third problematic one, which you are not using, is the Max Quality preset; using Quality instead is recommended. All three of these options use CUDA cores, which may be the root cause of the render/encode issues they generally can cause.)

1. Disable Game DVR
2. Run OBS as Administrator
3. Lower your settings in game, cap your fps in game, disable OBS preview.
4. Record your games to another drive where your games and OS are not.

As ChainsawMan has said and it's been said previously

You need to monitor your GPU load
, plenty of ways of doing this
Task Manager, MSI Afterburner to name a couple

If it reaches 100% load even for a moment you'll encounter Rendering Lag / Encoding Overload
Personal preference I aim to never have my GPU Load hit 85-90%, give the GPU sufficient resources to operate as required.

Disabling OBS preview frees up some GPU resources as it doesn't have to actively composite the preview window.

Thanks for the help folks Ive made the requested changes and am still showing the same stutter while playing.
Cpu resources showing between 60 - 70
Gpu 60 - 70 - 75

Ran in admin also.

I would appreciate it if anyone has time to have a look via the logs and possibly over discord. maybe you can see something that has not already been mentioned.
