Question / Help Need help recording flash games

Hello, I'm trying to record a game on the flash player that is not meant to be full screen. I have tried making it so the resolution fits the window, 600x800, but the quality comes out awful. I then tried to make the recording quality higher but it was the same result. I would really appreciate any help, thanks.

I got something, I changed the capture method and it fit it mostly, however there is a black bar on the side. I can cover it up with a picture or something I guess. Unless somebody tells me a better method.
 
If your flash game has 600x800 as resolution, set your canvas resolution and output resolution to 600x800, so nothing is rescaled ever. In your logs, in all your recordings you set some very low output resolution, so it's no wonder the quality comes out awful.
