Hello everyone, its been 3 months since im trying to stream. Ive tried ffmpeg and xplit, and i sticked with OBS, OBS is the best choice for me, but it has some issues...

Before i get to the problems, let me tell you my computer specefications:

Processor: i7 4770 3.4 Ghz 4th gen
RAM: 8 GB
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 680
Monitor: 1920/1080 24"

Aright now to the problems...
After messing around alot with the options , i had to give up and ask for help(i hope this is the right place) , the problem i have with the stream is lag. Quality is fine, sound is fine, but each 3-4 seconds it freezes for a moment and proceeds.

The stream is for my friends to watch, but they call it a "Powerpoint presentation" =/

So now please, if someone could help me out with the optimal options for my stream, i would really appreciate it =)

It is set to 2500 already, should i drop it to 1000?

Try dropping it by 200, trying the stream, and repeating that until it stops dropping frames. Also make sure to check that you have the best server if possible.
