Question / Help Need help on how to make my stream smoother.

I been playing PC for quite a while but i just got into streaming the only problem is it's coming out very choppy on stream my game play is fine and also my internet probably its my processor which I have heard from my friends but i want to actually see if its just that. Currently im trying to stream Overwatch.
PC Specs:
Windows 10
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz
8.00GB RAM

I don't know much about PC Specs let me know if i need to list anymore things.

it would have been quite helpful if you provided your internet speed aswell but I was having the same problem as you and all I needed to do was mess around with the bitrate. Try to stream on 2000 bitrate then if it's not how you like it then slowly go up 2250-2500-2750-3000 until it's right.

My internet speed is 100mbs download and 11 upload

Try these settings :

Encoder : x264
Rescale Output : 1280x720
Bitrate : Between 2000-3500 (try values inbetween them to see which ones smoothest)
Keyframe interval : 2
Tick the use CBR box
CPU usage preset : very fast
Profile : main
Tune : none
x264 options : dont type anything

Video settings 2 tabs below the output tab just put 30fps in the fps preset box.

Go down 30 FPS.
