Question / Help Need help on Good 60fps recording

Hye guys if you see below my pc specs can you give me a guide on a good 60fps recording setting?

Intelcore I7 2700k (not overclocked)
2gb Gtx 770
16gb 1600mhz ram ddr3 2x8gb
all my hdd's are 7200RPM

PLEASE NOTE: I shall be playing games at max video settings in 1080p down scaling to 720p
i.e. Pay Day 2

Should be able to handle 720p 60fps fine. Doesn't need to be overclocked. The only thing you really need to know is the bitrate, recommended bitrate is about 3000 for 720p 60fps, so it's more about how much bandwidth you have available.
