Need Help OBS always crash reason, I think is qt6widgets.dll

Obs has been crashing for almost a month now, I try every solution I could think of and read lots of possible fix, I also tried to uninstall obs and delete all related files and freshly installed it but same result. Attached is the crash log from different date. Thank you for any suggestion

Most probably an outdated plugin you fail to update or that isn't developed anymore is what causes this crashes.
Make sure your OS is also up to date.
