Need Help, my capture is jerking

So, back then, as I started with OBS my quality was perfect and my capture good too. But now like 1 month ago, i changed my capture is jerking (idk if this is the right form) so idk what to do. I try since 3 Days to remedy this, but nothing helps.
here are my components if this helps:

graphic card: nvidia geforce GTX 1050 Ti
cpu: Intel core i5-4460
Ram: 16gb
