Question / Help (NEED HELP) mic echoing/not synced... really need some help this time

This is my log file.. I'ts basically just my a40 as mic, usually on 0 globally.. and out of no where literally the echo won't stop and it's synced to my voice...(yes I know about the dashboard thing, been trying to fix this for days now) please any input is greatly appreciated (i have a webcam but it's not plugged in, or installed... I uninstalled it.

Why set the audio device of the elgato to your mic? That makes no sense and is the cause of your echo.

? in the elgato settings it's set at the a40 astro here's one with another mic, that always used to work.. wait, so your saying set nothing on the elagato video capture settings? I'ts set globally.. i'll try that but I have it set to a40 astro and set to for stream

You are not supposed to set any mic there, since you've already set a mic globally, it only needs to be set to "use device audio"

Am I missing something you said here? Sorry If I am.. thanks for the reply btw.. please keep them coming.. A lot of people have this issue, it's pretty common

It's not a common issue. Anyway, i've already said in my other reply what the audio device needs to be set to.

twitch.tv.champdee you can goto to the last few test broadcasts, anyone.. please givie me some input (thanks to the gentlemen for replying, it helped, but still an echo :( check out last few broadcasts

There is no way it can echo with the settings from your last log, unless there is something going outside of obs.
And also don't listen to your own stream while you are streaming.

it's weird it works outside of windows... on ps4.. and in windows but not on obs or xplit.. weird right
