need help, good specs for secondary dedicated streaming rig. Main setup inside.

So i currently stream and game on a single system (specs below) want to make or buy a secondary unit perferably under 2k canadian as a deicated streamming unit so my current set up (listed below) would become my dedicatd gaming rig (it would be even better if i could use a laptop as dedicted streaming device so when not streaming i could use it for other things like taking notes or streaming tv shows in my bedroom as my my current setup is in the den) Not sure whats important to list you or you guys need so im just loading most of what i have and use so you guys get the full pic and give the best recomendations thank you one and all.

So My main pc for gaming is a
- ult7 265 s2 unlocked
- a rtx 5060 ti 16gb
- 32 gigs ddr5 vulcan 6000mhz
- rog strix z890-a gaming wifi motherboard
- thermaltake view 380 tg arg8 case
- corsair hxi series hx1200i power supply
- Deepcool 360mm LS720S zero dark aio cooler
- elgato 4ks capture device
- asus tuf vg27v monitor ( i have two of these will likely switch one over to the streaming rig)
- mic is hyper x quadcast
- I do art as well so I have a waccom tablet
- various gaming systems (switch2, series x, ps4 pro, quest 2)

Sorry new to all this pretty sure I posted this in the wrong area. lol. Anyway as I said above is my gaming pc specs what would be a good set up for a dedicated streaming pc or laptop to use with this. Thank you one and all.
