Question / Help Need help game looks choppy

Specs-
Processor-i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz
Ram- 8 GB
64 bit
Graphics- gtx 645

So, i enjoy streaming minecraft and my in game fps while streaming is a stable 60 fps with vsync and a stable 150-200 fps while streaming without vsync. So my problem is when i stream in any size, full screen large or small it looks like i'm running 45 in game fps my stream looks the same along with my screen preview. When i'm not streaming my game play looks smooth. The game i have problems with is Minecraft. My monitor is 60 Hertz.

thats pretty much my first time looking at a log file, but looks like you've only got 4gb of ram, not 8. playing minecraft that can be a huge factor.

That's actually false; he does probably have 8gb, but the 32bit version can only use 4gb of it. 32bit programs are restricted to 4 gigs of memory, and that memory will always be mapped to free memory if it can.

As for your computer and the log file, everything seems to check out. Everything's running quite nicely. Could you show us a video of the problem?
