Hello Guys

I need help. i want record counter strike global offensive and league of legends with 1080P 60FPS

i changet my setting with my hands but CS videos have lag

please help ke and give me full good tutorials and settings for LOL and CS:GO 60FPS 1080P

My system is

I3-3.5Ghz
8GB Ram 1866Mhz
Gtx480

my system can run this two game with max settings ofcourse

Record with Quick Sync if your i3 supports it, that system isn't going to record a 1080p60 with x264 and run a game at the same time. If QSV isn't an option then https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/

I enabled quicksync and now i need good settings for 1080P 60FPS videos and low file size

You don't get to have your cake and eat it to, as they say. Recording 1080p60 video will generate large file sizes if you allocate a high enough bitrate for it to look good. If you reduce the bitrate it will have a smaller file size, but look worse. You'd probably be better off recording at a high bitrate with OBS and then recompressing it later with a program like Handbrake.
