Hey guys I need help to fix this weird issue for a friend that streams on Twitch.

Whenever someone donates bits she has huge fps drop and it keeps staying like that until she restart the game (Overwatch), I can post you her log from OBS studio ( https://gist.github.com/anonymous/4816b3029c7d340cb2aee2be330d1fdd ) and you can clearly see the problem in this vodcast https://www.twitch.tv/videos/176897774 at 02:56:05 when an user donates a single bit to test and everything goes laggy.

Someone in chat thought it could be a CPU issue so in this log she is streaming using the Nvenc codec, but it didn't fix the issue. We tried both codecs and it didn't change anything.

She plays Overwatch will al the graphics setting to the minimum, no other FPS issues, and with her rig I think she should be fine even streaming at a much better quality. Any ideas? What could it be?

Your friend probably needs to break those scenes down into separate scene collections. I count...19 scenes and easily over 100 sources. All are loaded regardless of if they're used or visible. An easy way to test would be new make a new, empty scene collection and add only game capture and the browser source used for cheers. If it doesn't slow down there then you know there's too much crap stuffed into that single scene collection.
