Question / Help need help fixing stuttering in game for obs studio

I was wondering if anyone could help me with setting up my OBS Studio. I've tried to do it myself with the old settings I had from my last computer but it doesn't work. When I run OBS Studio the game would start to get really stuttery/choppy (League of Legends, Overwatch, ect). I'd like to know what I need to fix to have it running smoothly.
