I recently moved into a new apartment a month ago i have a 5.5 mb up speed which is fine when I stream at 2300-2500 for my bit rate however when im streaming and playing valve, ESEA, CEVO, or FACEIT servers my choke spikes to 20-30 percent when I spray my weapon or sometimes whem im just moving. If anyone is a CSGO player here and has a fix I would greatly appreciate it.
