Question / Help Need help finding setting for my HP

New to using Elgato and OBS. My laptop is on the low end. I've been testing my streams on YT but it always look weird quality wise, the sounds are chopping and its lagging a lot. Can anyone help me out? I am looking for a new laptop. Just have to use this for now

Here is the log for it because I'm lost on what I'm doing xD

 
Open OBS, go to the Tools menu, Auto-Configuration Wizard. It'll give you a set of solid baseline values to use.
