So I'm on a DEADLINE and need help FAST. So when I capture video from my screen through(GAME CAPTURE) or any other capture method in OBS, the video freezes on a single frame after a couple seconds and stays there (even in preview mode). So I DESPERATELY need help
My Computer specs are:
Windows 10 64 bit Operating System
Dual core Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU
MSI Radeon HD 7750 2gb Graphics Card
4 gb ram
A whole terabit of disk space
My OBS ends up taking 30-40% of my cpu while it's running then the game I'm playing takes up around 50% of it I'm not sure if that's my problem or what. If you need OBS setting specifics I will gladly tell you. Thank you for any and all help.

Show us your OBS log file. OBS logs displays resolution, frames per second, encoder settings, and lots of stuff.

You may use OBS on a slow CPU, but at 720p, slow CPU may be limited at about 5 fps, at 640x360 it might reach 15 fps without freezing and dropping frames.

Oh great...but Xsplit works kinda well on my computer...I'm wondering if it's OBS displaying the video that slows my computer so much...if so how can I stop it also how do I send log files I'm new to OBS
