Okay so I am not very tech smart yet so excuse any blatant mistakes.
My setup is
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6700 series
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Ram: 12GB
I am guessing the problem is that i cant run it, however it is only running my cpu at about 2.4% max.(the number doesn't change whether i use 60FPS or 30FPS
While watching some tutorials i heard that under Settings-Output-Recording-Encoder is where you can select your GPU, But the only option i get is x264
I am assuming i just cant run it but i would like to make sure/find a solution.
