Question / Help NEED HELP CONFIGURATION FOR STREAM!

Hi everyone, I really need HELP setting up obs for my livestreams!
I have already tried but i only get shit, i mean, what is bitrate? XD and whats CBS?
Might sound stupid, but i actually dont know!

So, the specs are these:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2Ghz 6MB
GPU: Asus Turbo GTX960 2GB GDDR5
RAM: Gskill AEGIS DDR3-1600MHz 8GB
Motherboard: MSI H81M-E33
SSD: Crucial BX200 240GB
HDD: 500Gb

You guys might be thinking, hahaha you stupid you can livestream anything!
You will just have 3Fps! HAHAHA
But no, the games that i would like to play are, Rocket League, CS:GO, Minecraft, GTA V(or not)
and other games i keep buying!

I really need help, cause i want to have some fun, you know homie! FUN! :D
Forgot to say my download speed is 49,96 Mbps and the upload is 11,36 Mbps!

The general recommendation for Twitch is 720p, 30 FPS, 2000 Kbps. Be sure to enable vsync or a frame limiter in your game so your GPU isn't maxed out. Also please stop filling up the forum with garbage posts, I've had to delete probably half of your content so far because it was either wrong or spam.
