Question / Help Need help, can't stream with good conditions..

Every time I stream people either say that they don't know how I can play due to low fps (which I don't have , Ingame i have 60fps) or that the stream is lagging.

My specs:
Radeon HD 7770
500GB HDD 7200RPM
8GB RAM
I3 3.3GHz Intel CPU
1920x1080 Monitor

10MB Download speed
1.7MB Upload speed for Amsterdan server in twitch


What settings do I need to change To have a good quality stream and such?

I stream League of Legends

You need to downscale, a lot. Your CPU cannot handle 1080p encoding while gaming. I would go all the way down to 480p using downscaling. Settings>Video>Resolution Downscaling

Damn, Is there nothing I can do to maybe get a bit of better quality?

Not really, your CPU is holding you back quite a bit.

edit: You also need to manually update to the latest version of OBS. 553b accidentally had the auto updater disabled.

The somewhat good news is your motherboard likely supports a better processor, at least i5/i7 Sandy Bridge. You'll have to verify, but even just an i5 2500k will be enough CPU power to stream and play most games at 720p60fps

Alright ty mate, I'll buy soon an I7 instead of buying an i5 for cheaper , I'll just save for an i7 which will last ages
