Need help with best settings for the specs below. I'm mainly streaming for SessionsLive which only requires my camera and mic. I will also be having a background video behind my camera for chromakey. Thanks.

Intel Core i7-5600U Processor (2.60GHz)
8.0GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 5500
