I need an .exe application to make xertain text files update like a slideshow, so that i can have multiple text files that will change content over time. These could also be from a set of lists.
There should also be the option to set these text files to update with the time. So i can, for example, make a text in obs and then have it switch between the time and a specific text.
Or, for example, i want to display a chat message from a youtube chat, or a discord chat. i want this message to show up when a new one appears, in a slideshow or so on.
I also would like text animations that i can make custom with a svg graphic animation editor (but that is very complex and also very specific)
i would also maybee want to include weather data usw, from a menu within the application.
Andi i have a specific reason why i cannot use phyton, and that is because i will somehow allways break it, my pc does randomly not run some scripts for no reason, i had this issue at the very start and i reinstalled windows and installed phyton correctly, it does not want to work and i have no idea why and no one could find out because every time i try to show it of it works again and i am not kidding you. Also, it is very likely that i am too dumb to find an obvious answer but i searched on bing for 10 minutes and i dont have time.
if someone has the knoweledge of finding a application like that, please contact me in any way possible, because it is very likely that i will forget it.
Also, if i could insert custom svg/image icons into the text with OBS and this application if someone will make one, that would be great and very usefull.
i cannot code java, phyton, or html and i do not have time to learn it and also i shouldnt have to.
