Question / Help Need assistance for streaming

Hey guys,
I have a custom PC with a AMD FX 3+ Mobo, AMD 3.6ghz Quad core Processor (Not currently OC'd) and an Asus GTX 550 ti GPU. I also have an Elgto at my expense. I cannot seem to tweak my settings or something right to get a quality stream with no FPS drops. Any suggestions on what i should do, upgrade, so on?
P.S. My game of choice to stream is League of Legends. Thanks in advance guys.

Do a 5 min/1 game stream test using the settings that this estimator suggest https://obsproject.com/estimator and post a log file of that session if you keep noticing those issues. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97
