I was streaming fine over the past few days and now all of a sudden I cannot stream on any program, it will be stuttering and eventually disconnect. I do not know how to fix this problem and it is angering me.
I am able to locally record fine, but as soon as I start streaming, 50% or more of my frames just drop from lack of signal. Streaming to youtube from Nvidia share lead to the same result.
I know it's not a problem with OBS but a problem with my ISP or something, I don't know how to look up the problem anywhere else.
