I am new to OBS and I have used it now for a couple of times but i must say it is pretty good, espacially the quick sync integration is pretty good.
I was wondering if the following scenario would be possible:
I want to stream realtime 3 hdmi input signals of 720p50 OR 1080p25 @ 8Mbps using OBS
Currently I have two professional encoders but buying a third one is almost as expensive as building a i7 6700K rig.
I was wondering if a i7 6700T (because i want low power consumption) is able to stream realtime 3x720P50 or 3x1080p25 streams at around 8mbps in combination with quick sync with a decent quality? Or is that to much to ask, even for this cpu?
2 years ago i did some transcoding with VLC and an AMD 8 core and was barely able to run 720p50 smoothly at 8mbps using VLC.I hope this technology evolved the past years :)
