Need Advice for OBS Recording Build for Youtube Videos and some streaming (no gaming)

Hi Guys, hope you're doing well. I currently have this setup:

i5 10400
Viper 4 Blackout Series DDR4 16GB (2 x 8GB)
XPG Spectrix S40G, 512GB

Using OBS, I want to record a Canon camera using an Avermedia PCIe card at 1080p 30FPS. Also I will be recording my screen. I want to make videos at maximun 1080p 30fps.

Will the i5 10400 be enough for this task? Do I need a dedicated GPU?

GPU's are triple the price here in Mexico, the ones that can be found new, GTX 1650 Super for about 500 usd. And used ones are also pricey.

Which will be the best option for performing the task described?

Thanks for the reply. Tutorial videos only, not gaming, and adding the capture from a canon Camera.
