Need advice about configuration

Hello. I'm new with stream and video recording and i want to ask you advice.

With my specs:
Ryzen 5600 no OC
AMD Radeon 6700XT

Auto-configuration wizard set my settings to this

So question is: how can i improve my stream quality?

The huge amount of animated grass and foliage kills every encoder. The blurry quality isn't caused by insufficient encoder settings, it's just the kind of footage that cannot be compressed well. If possible, reduce this kind of detail in the graphics settings of the game.
