Question / Help NEE HELP?

my CPU is pretty budget, which leads me to question if it would work well for streaming(on twitch) or not. Here is the name: Intel Pentium G4600 3.6 LGA 1151 GHz Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80677G4600

I’m not much of an expert on different CPUs, so I will be thankful for help with this.
 
Need to know about your GPU dude/dudette, that could make or break this. The CPU will not be great for X264 AND playing while streaming on that CPU. Please give more dettails about your system like RAM and GPU, GPU is the most important. OBS relies heavily on GPU.
