Question / Help NDICAM does not show as NDI Source

Hello everyone,
Please help! I am a newby. I follow the NDI plugins setup to a T, it shows under tools, checked both Main and Preview outputs but, the NDICAM is not there for me to select. And I of course downloaded the NDICAM on my Iphone. I am in dire need for this fix for my job during social distancing. Thank you

I may be about 1/4 step ahead of you...

Have you downloaded the NDI 4 Tools and run Access Manager?
This gives OBS something to look for.
