NDI Zoom OBS Error

Hi, Can someone help regarding to this issue using NDI zoom obs. I tried some of my knowlegde how to fix this but no one works.

Do you have an external monitor? Windows Capture works best when you have an external monitor.
You can move the Zoom view to the external monitor and capture it
