Question / Help NDI Video buffering/FPS Drop (resolved)

Hi there. I recently got a new laptop though I'm having issues trying to stream. The source seems to have a very inconsistent frame rate despite obs reporting it as 60fps. It also stutters.

I'm using a browser source video to test. The gaming pc preview seems smoother than the streaming pc preview and the end result.
