Question / Help NDI Tool not showing up on PC OBS

Hey, there!
I've been having issues with NDI installation. I've installed and uninstalled a number of times, both manually and using the NDI installer, even re-installing OBS to be sure, but the NDI setting won't show up.

OK. By ndi library, not by the plugin itself. But it doesn't change the things. CPU not supported.
