NDI Source Makes My System Audio Crackle, Only When OBS is Open

Hi all,

I'm using an overlay software for iRacing.com that has the ability to push graphics as an NDI output. I can click a button to make the output active, and then capture it in OBS. That works fantastic, but when OBS is open and I am running the overlays as NDI, my system audio begins to crackle. As soon as I close OBS, the problem stops occurring.

I have a Behringer XR-18, plugged into its own USB 3.0 port on the back of the motherboard, set to 48KHz on the driver and on the unit itself, and OBS is set to 48KHz. Recorded/streamed outputs do not capture the crackling, it just seems to affect my system audio output. I don't really know what else to try, I've fiddled with sampling rates, different versions of the NDI plugin and OBS itself, and haven't landed on anything concrete that has solved this issue. I'm on Windows 10 with a Ryzen 7 5800X and an RTX 3080 with 32 GB of RAM, so I can't imagine system resources would be an issue.
Any ideas that are worth trying? Thanks!

Kyle
