Question / Help NDI source appears, but black screen

Hey Guys, I have downloaded the windows installed and ndi 3.8 but cant seem to get the live stream to appear. The skype source name does show up, but sits in black once I hit OK. I am running obs 23.2.1 and have obs allowed through the norton firewall. NDI is also enabled in skype.

Any ideas or suggestions?

You need to download and install the most recent version (should be 4.5.3).

I am currently running 4.6 and tried 4.5.3 with same result.
