NDI Plugin issue - The screen is overlapping & Covering my Streamlabs Overlays

I'm trying to figure out a way to make the NDI capture for streamlabs OBS transparent. I have the NDI plugin for OBS all set up just fine on another PC, but when I open up streamlabs OBS on a different PC, the NDI Source is a solid capture and its overlapping and covering my Webcam & chat Overlay and I cant find a way to make the NDI source transparent so my Overlay and everything can be seen. I've tried to change the opacity of the NDI Source, but it just causes the capture to turn to a black screen, but it does show my Overlays and things after that, but of course you cant see my NDI Screen when its set like that.

Does anyone know a way to make the NDI Source transparent, or a way to bring my overlays to the front of the entire screen capture? I just need a way to make the NDI source transparent so my Overlays like my webcam, chat and things can be seen, or bring the overlay capture to the front. Right now the NDI source game capture is covering everything. Anyone know how to fix this?

(EDIT): I believe I found out how to fix this, it was really simple and now I feel stupid...
