Question / Help NDI Plugin capping at ~100mbps

Hi all,

I am trying to work with the NDI plugin but I am running into an issue where the signal is capping out at ~100mbps. My network is 1gbps, the cables are all brand new Cat 6, the NICs are registering 1 gbps each, I have Auto-negotiation set on both, and file transfers do go at full internal bandwidth so I know the system is functioning properly.

I read on another NDI post to try NDI tools and Netlimiter to manage the OBS bandwidth but that has not seemed to work at all.

Has anyone had a solution to this issue? I know some people have had this or very similar issues but I have yet to find a post with a verified solution.

Tried messing more with Netlimiter and I think this program might be able to do the job but if someone has experience with it let me know.

I pick up my NDI PTZ camera hopefully later today. So first my usage of NDI coming soon
So I haven't used the plug-in yet... so I could be completely off the mark here... in which case, just ignore my post

With that said, for basic troubleshooting, I'd start with is PC capable of handling the throughput? Have you tried something other than OBS to receive NDI inputs on this same PC (camera vendors tool, or NDI's free s/w?) in case it is the plug-in itself that is the bottleneck?
