NDI output from OBS

I have installed the NDI plugin and am able to use NDI input successfully in OBS but I can see no way of directing output to NDI. What am I missing ?

Q: WHY CAN I NOT EDIT THE OUTPUT SETTINGS WHEN I AM NOT STREAMING?

A: Because in Tools > NDI Output, your main output is ticked and therefore you technically are streaming. Untick this, then go to settings to make changes!
