NDI options will not show up

NDI options will not show up in OBS Studio. I've tried multiple times.

I completely uninstalled/reinstalled OBS Studio v 25.0.8 (64-bit)
I then installed the following: https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi/releases/download/4.9.1/obs-ndi-4.9.0-Windows-Installer.exe

Um....so I read the log file after uploading.
"CPU unsupported by NDI library"

Is there a list of supported CPUs somewhere?
