Question / Help NDI not working in OBS

I am currently trying to set up NDI for OBS. Have downloaded and installed NDI and the plugin as well but when I open OBS on both a Mac Mini and a MacBook Pro, NDI is not showing up on either machine under Tools where it is meant to.

I have tried it on my older MacBook Pro and it shows up and is working fine.

Any suggestions?

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

This indicates the plugin has not been installed, or that the wrong version has been installed, or that it can't find the NDI runtime, or some other error. The logfile should specify.

If you compare the logs on the old machine and the new ones, that may also reveal which versions of the program, the plugin, and the libraries are installed.
