Hi guys, I've been having issues with my 2 PC setup. I am using the NDI plugin and can get it connected and streaming. While the game is in the menu screen the stream appears to be stable. The problem is I have a disconnection issue when I start playing the game. OBS disconnects from the Twitch server goes from Green 6000kbs to 0kbs. It then reconnects and starts the whole cycle again. In one instance the streaming PC disconnected from the network connection completely.
I fairly sure after resarching this issue my ISP does not throttle the upload or download (Virgin Media) 350 download 20 upload. I have checked my connection to Twitch servers, see link below.

I have been through the detailed guide. I have changed a number of settings tried different servers etc.
I understand that this in all probability is not an OBS issue but would like to know if anyone can help me out with checking that my PC's are connected correctly and that settings for NDI to work are all in order. IS there a good tutorial that you know of?
My main gaming PC streams well without issue but I'd really like to get the second PC working if at all possible.
