NDI HX iPhone app not showing up as NDI Source in OBS

I've tried every 'fix' and troubleshooting option that I've found out there on the interwebs and via Chat GPT. Still not working. Here's what I'm working with and what I've done:
NDI HX Cam on iPhone 13 iOS version 18.3.2
Disabled Safe Reboot in BIOS of my Windows 11 laptop (MSI GS75 Stealth 95F)
Reinstalled latest NDI Tools 6.1 including NDI Runtime 6
Reinstalled latest version of OBS Studio 31.0.3
Reinstalled NDI OBS Plugin Distroav 6.0.0 windows-x64
I can see NDI HX Camera as a source in my NDI Studio monitor so I know it's working but it won't show up as a selectable source in the dropdown for OBS under NDI sources.
I'm about to give up.

If you have issues with a third party app or a third party plugin you have to contact their support. For the plugin itself you can do it within the discussion section on the particular plugin page or on their github plage.
