NDI between two VMs

I am sending output of FreeShow in on virtual machine (VM) as NDI. If OBS is installed in the same VM, that (OBS) receives the NDI output from FreeShow through NDI Source. But, if I install OBS in another VM, the NDI source is not showiinng source of FreeShow in another VM. I am trying these in Azure VMs.

I was able to get that locally between two laptops but I am piloting to see how / if I can move the streaming / presentation part to cloud VMs.

Appreciate any thoughts / solutions.

check Azure settings, VM OS network security settings, etc.
Basically, get this working at Operating System level first (use NDI Tools?), and only after that test with OBS Studio.

Thanks Lawrence for the feedback. Appreciate it. I used NDI Tools and I got this error. I installed NVIDI extension in Azure VM . Should I install some more drivers for this OpenGL?
