I have multiple NDI PTZOptics cameras. Camera 1 transmits the audio from the sound mixer over the ethernet using NDI. If I'm in a scene with camera 1,there's no problem. If a scene only uses camera 2, I still need the audio from camera 1. Right now I have to add Camera 1 to every scene and out it on the bottom so it isn't seen.
Running two or three NDI cameras simultaneously requires a lot of cpu. To reduce the amount of cpu required, I would like to set up an NDI source for "Camera 1 Audio Only" . I add a new ndi source, select "audio only" under bandwidth. The obs mixer looks great. Audio from the "Camera 1 audio only" is perfect in the mixer. Advanced audio properties are set to monitor and output. Everything looks great BUT no audio is recorded or sent out on a live stream. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks for your help.
