hi dont know why the text box where u write ur channel name dont show up some one have the same problem or know any solution to the problem

I'm not sure what you mean...can you upload a screenshot of the problem?

settings -broadcast settings
under streaming service there have to be a text box where u write the name of ur channel on justin.tv i dont know why is missing

For Justin.tv, you don't need your channel name/password, just your stream key. You can get your stream key from http://twitch.tv/broadcast and select Show Key. In OBS, select Twitch.tv/Justin.tv and paste your Stream Key in then box.
