Question / Help My YouTube stream lagging/freezing in middle ,please help me with best settings

My Speed Test Results as below

I'm using Below Auto Config Settings

Attached Log Below ,I want to Stream My (PUBG) Game to YouTube (1080P 60FPS) ,but every 20 seconds it lags or freezes in middle ,don't where i messed up with settings ,please help me with best possible settings.

MY RIG
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz
16GB 3000Mhz DDR4 RAM
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB ( C Drive)
G1 GTX 1060 6GB OC Edition

I even Tries Setting To High Priority in Task Manager .but still same result,please provide best settings for me to stream in 1080P 60FPS

First off, try lowering the bitrate to 4000 to see if it is a network bottleneck . Also go into task manager and choose the performance tab. Check that nothing is getting near 100% usage
